Does a record of my seminar completion need to be sent to my licensing board?
The licensing boards do not typically require you to submit PDH completion certificates when renewing your license. However, you may be required to list continuing education activities and you will need to provide a certificate of completion if you are audited by your licensing board. Check with your board for your state requirements.
Florida and North Carolina are currently the only
states that require a seminar provider to send course records to the state boards.
If you have indicated at the time of registration that you are licensed in
Florida or North Carolina, a record of your PDH credit will be sent to the state
board.
