2.

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

After registration, you will receive a registration confirmation and purchase receipt by email.  You will also be provided information on the date, time, location and any special instructions for the seminar.

3.

My schedule has changed.  Can I cancel or reschedule a seminar registration?

In general, the answer is "yes", provided that you cancel or reschedule before the seminar date.  Cancellations made near the seminar date do incur a cancellation fee.  Please note that our cancellation/substitution policy varies by seminar.  For more details, refer to the overview page for each seminar.

4.

Where will the seminar be held?

Check the overview page for each seminar for the location of the seminar.  In general, seminars are usually held in hotel conference rooms in major U.S. cities.

5.

Will lunch be provided at the seminar?

Lunch is usually provided for full day seminars, as well as a continental breakfast and an afternoon snack break.  The meals will be catered by the hotel or by a local restaurant.

Some full day seminars do not include lunch, but are located within walking distance of local restaurants.  For more details, refer to the overview page for each seminar.

6.

What happens if a seminar has a change of schedule or is canceled?

We make every attempt to keep the online seminar schedule as current as possible based upon information given to us by seminar providers. However, last minute changes may occasionally occur. We will make an effort to email schedule changes to you in a timely fashion, however we cannot guarantee that a topic substitution will not occur. Should it become necessary to make such a change, PDH credits should not be affected as a course of similar length and content would be substituted. If a seminar is canceled by the provider, you will receive a full refund of the registration price.
